Welcome!

Hello everyone! Let me introduce myself; my name is Rebecca, I’m 20 years old and I’m an illustrator originally from Brighton, currently in my third year of BA Illustration at Falmouth University, Cornwall. This is my first ever blog post and I hope to try and make a post once a week to show what projects I am working on both individually and collaboratively .

My work at the moment mainly focuses on important issues in society such as mental health, awareness with physical health and discriminatory issues we face in todays everyday life. However I do also like to do fun projects and tackle design challenges such as packaging, product design and even projects such as recipe cards and factual posters! I have also collaborated on mural projects for children at primary schools and hospitals.

In the very near future I hope to move back to Brighton and start to freelance as well as making a difference in the world with my artwork and make my voice heard with important issues in our society and hopefully people can identify with my work and feel comforted yet also feel like someone is speaking up for them.
